MY CULINARY PHILOSOPHY

Traveling around the world, I learned to deal with the different types of cuisine, varying my flavors with different culinary techniques in all the countries where I have worked. Always carrying all the standards of my food background with me, I loved learning and mixing some of the new ingredients within my recipes. For a culinary traveler, the most important moments are those taken by sharing the fascinating world of food taste with others, in those moments you always reach a higher and new level of your culinary knowledge. This philosophy is my daily life path, discover it with me.
THE SECURITY AND DEVELOPMENT SUMMIT 2022
Jeddah Security and Development Summit was held on the 16th of July, 2022 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The respective leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the United States of America participated in the joint summit at the invitation of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This summit highlighted the historic ties shared by the countries and aimed towards boosting the countries’ joint cooperation in all areas.
During the Summit we delivery to all guests coffee breaks and lunch meals. I great mission experience for all of us.
HOTEL SHOW CULINARY COMPETITION 2021
A Great achievement by Royal Palaces team with Gold medal during the Hotel Show competition within top Five stars Hotels of Riyadh. The team has been working hard to create something unique for this competition, and as first time on it, they made the best result to be achieve. More to come....
